Lorraine did a wonderful job. She was very friendly, and knowledgeable. She answered all our questions and kept the lines of communication open with the seller. She took no holidays and even when she was feeling ill she got back to me asap. She paid attention to all our requests and even offered up information that we were not thinking of.
